Shipping options

United Kingdom
UK delivery rates are calculated by Royal Mail and displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. The available options are Tracked 24 with Signature and Tracked 48 with Signature. The price and delivery estimate shown at checkout apply to your order. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include order preparation time.

International delivery
We currently ship to the European Union and to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR China, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. International shipping is a fixed rate shown at checkout: £14.99 for the European Union and £23.99 for the other listed international destinations. These international rates are not live carrier-calculated rates.

Import duties and taxes
We do not collect international import duties or taxes at checkout. Depending on the destination, local customs authorities or the delivery carrier may charge import VAT, duties, handling fees or other charges before delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. Customs processing can also affect delivery times.
