Returns and refunds

To request a return, email info@mrjacobbanks.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Return requests are handled by email only.

UK change-of-mind returns
For most online purchases, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the day after delivery, without giving a reason. Please email us within that period. After telling us you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the watch back.

You may handle the watch as you would in a shop to check its nature, characteristics and function. You may be responsible for any reduced value if it has been handled more than necessary for that purpose. Please pack it securely and include the items supplied with it. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds
When a UK cancellation is valid, we refund the price paid and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered. We do not refund the extra cost of an upgraded delivery service. We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first, using the original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your watch arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us at info@mrjacobbanks.com before sending it back so we can help arrange the return. We will cover reasonable return costs in these cases. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

International orders
If you are outside the UK, email us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions. Your mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected by this policy.
